Adorable and charming vintage cream w/ orange decals 16 foot 11″ long Vega Wheelcamper Travel Trailer.

Perfect for single person to live-in as-is OR to be used as tiny house | tiny home (mobile lifestyle) OR as writing hut.

Trailer is 16 feet 11″ long (including bathroom) and 7 ft 8″ feet wide and is designed like a teensy mobile bachelor apartment, a single great room with combined kitchenette/sleeping space and separate bathroom (commode, sink, shower/half tub).

WEIGHT:

RV Type
Travel Trailer
Length
16′ x 7’8″
Axles: 1
WEIGHT (lbs): 3040
Slides: N/A

All appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, furnace, shower/half tub, commode) and other features (plumbing, electricity, etc.,) work well. Built in dinette has been removed and water heater moved so that only one built-in bunk/couch remains (slides out from twin to create near full-size bed). Built in shabby chic all wood 3-shelf book shelf added by hired carpenter.

In addition to window seat twin bunk/couch, and 3 shelf shabby chic wooden book shelf, travel trailer currently has a twin futon and French bistro set with two chairs (adjacent to book shelf in kitchen area) but built-in furniture could be added (or more streamlined modern/Ikea furniture used to increase interior space).

Appliances (all fully functioning):
Original 4 burner propane stove and oven.
Original Swedish Dometic propane/electric refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Original ceiling air conditioning unit/heater/fan.
Original Coleman propane furnace (wall thermostat/ignition strike propane pilot).
Original Thetford III commode, fully functioning.
Brand new 6.2 gallon Atwater/Bowen water heater (propane pilot/heater), replaced June 2015.
Original fully functioning shower/half-tub.
All original glass windows.
Original 100 gallon water storage tank (for boon docking water storage for shower/drinking) in perfect condition.
Original electric pump (when hooked up to electric source or deep cycle marine battery will pump water to shower or kitchen/bathroom faucets and commode) fully functioning.
All lighting/outlets fully functioning.
Brand new double propane tanks (replaced January 2015).

Expected future renovations:

Original vinyl flooring has been removed and sub-flooring painted pink/white shabby chic and covered with throw rugs (but new owner will likely wish to add carpet or hardwood floors).
Original exterior awning metal frame in great condition but will need NEW vinyl awning.
Original cabinets/counter-tops show expected wear, yet new owner may like to renovate or upgrade.

Thanks for looking. This trailer is so wonderful that, unless someone values it as much as I do, I will keep it as a writing hut/weekend getaway vehicle. 🙂

Have two keys to front door lock and includes 6000 lb automobile jacks (for leveling) as well as some RV chocks, tools, a top-of-the-line CAMCO heated water hose (I used this trailer and avoided frozen pipes in below-freezing temperatures in Santa Fe, New Mexico for several months), and other useful travel trailer/RV items.

Florida title in hand current Florida plates and has been a nonsmoking and petfree camper.

Description: Info. continued…(forgot some providence)
The exterior was painted by Tim Heinz. “also plumbed the bathroom”. Custom awning by Marti’s Awning with non rust poles. Gas stove/ oven and refrigerator removed and electric; microwave, air condition in place in addition too dual hot plate and 14″ deep convection oven (makes a nice heater if needed at -10 C). Tires replaced 3 yrs ago, bearings repacked last yr. Baby moon rims. I use it mostly for electrical campsites but it includes an 100 watt Renogy Solar suitcase, (Germany built, I’ve seen this re-charging under a full moon!). The inverter is the top of the line Xanthum pure-sine wive-inverter….meaning no electrical interference with TV, laptop/phone.
